BE GREAT: Graduate
The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne is proud to announce that BE GREAT: Graduate is currently conducted during the CLUB 150 After School Program. BE GREAT: Graduate addresses five principles of the Boys & Girls Club of America's strategic goal of raising the academic success of all members. The principles include; promoting the importance of graduation, building school and parental partnerships, identifying and retaining High-School youth at-risk, developing supportive relationships, implement comprehensive programs and maintain records to measure academic success in school. A grant for $10,000 was awarded to the Club by the AT& T Foundation to support this important program. The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne presented an appreciation award to J. Michael Schweder, President of AT&T New Jersey for their generous support.

The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne's programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. The Club is a safe place to learn and grow - all while having fun. It is truly The Positive Place For Kids.
