Fundraising Special Events

How To Help

Our Club has a four major fundraising events annually.  All proceeds from our events help support our youth members, youth programs, members with special needs and families that need assistance.  Our events are listed below:

  • Beefsteak Tricky Tray Dinner (March)
  • Gene Meyer's Memorial Golf Outing (May)
  • Cruise for Kids (September)
  • Annual Campaign (November)


  • Beefsteak Tricky Tray Dinner

Our 8th Annual Beefsteak/Tricky Tray Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 5, 2022, and will be held at the Gene Meyers Club House, 1 Downes Way, Hawthorne.  The evening will begin with cocktail hour followed by a Nightingale’s Beefsteak Dinner at 6:00 pm.  There will also be lots of tricky tray prizes and a 50/50 raffle prize.  Price per ticket is a $60 donation. 

Proceeds from this event will allow our Club to further expand our ability to serve children with special needs.  Our goal, which is to continue serving more children with special needs, can only be met with your generous support. 

So, mark your calendars and contact Irina Conte ( or Jamie Gruppo ( to reserve your tickets.  You may also call the Club for additional information at (973) 427-7777.  Tables of 10 may be reserved.  The deadline for ordering tickets is Monday, February 21, 2022.  This event sells out EVERY year!  Reserve your tickets today!
