Gene Meyers 14th Annual Memorial Golf Outing
The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne would like to invite you to participate in our 14th Annual Gene Meyers Memorial Golf Outing. Gene was a passionate, selfless supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne, serving over 40 years on our Board of Directors. This event will surely honor his memory and we are hoping you play a big role in its success.
The 13th Annual Gene Meyers Memorial Golf Outing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Black Bear Golf Club, Franklin, New Jersey, just 34 miles from Hawthorne. This years outing will begin with a 1:00 PM SHOT GUN START. Your golf day includes 18 holes of golf, green fees, golf cart, golf give-aways, golf goody bag, BBQ Buffet lunch and gratuities.
The day will end with the climax of this event, an upscale buffet dinner with open bar at the BRICK HOUSE in Wyckoff. Door prizes and golf awards will also be presented. Cost of this outing is $175 per golfer or $700 per foursome. The proceeds from this fundraiser will support the Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorneâs scholarship fund. This scholarship fund provides financial assistance to families of underprivileged children here at our Club. Our goal, which is to serve more children than ever, can only be met with your generous support.

For those of you who do not play golf or cannot make the golf outing, we cordially invite you to dine with us at the BRICK HOUSE in Wyckoff for a wonderful dinner at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the open bar and upscale buffet dinner is only $60.00 per guest.
